"I hired Harold to help with a windows 11 problem that I was struggling with. My wife and I like to be able to share files on our PCs across the home lan. I had set it up on windows 7 and 10 machines before without a problem but windows 11 was much harder. Before I connected with Harold I talked to two other computer support guys who told me that it was a tricky task, that they couldn’t guarantee they could make it work but that they expected to be paid for their time even if it was unsuccessful. When I talked with Harold he assured me he could make it work and quoted me a fair price. I think the job took Harold a fair bit longer than he expected but in hung in there and got the job done. After finishing the job I was half expecting him to try to up the price but he didn’t. My wife and I have been sharing files for a few weeks now and it works perfectly. I highly recommend Harold for any computer assistance you need. He will be the first guy I reach out next time I need computer help."
